1)投標人具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（國內(nèi)投標人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可證明文件（國外投標人）。

2)投標人應當提供在開標日前3個月內(nèi)由其開立基本賬戶的銀行開具的銀行資信證明的原件或復印件。

4)信譽要求：

6)業(yè)績要求：

2018年1月1日至今（以合同簽訂時間為準），投標人或所投產(chǎn)品的制造商在化工項目提供至少10臺介質(zhì)為氣體、開啟壓力≤500pa的軸流式微阻止回閥穩(wěn)定運行 1 年及以上的成功在用業(yè)績。

證明材料：需提供合同復印件及運行證明文件。合同復印件應包括、簽字頁、合同/訂單明細和金額***能展現(xiàn)本項目同類技術(shù)條件的，還應提供對應的技術(shù)協(xié)議、計算書等；運行狀況證明文件需提供項目名稱、地址、聯(lián)系人、固定聯(lián)系電話。相關(guān)資料和信息不完整，視為無效業(yè)績。上述材料均需加蓋投標人公章裝訂在投標文件中。

7)本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

4.1報名須知（重要）：

*3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders:

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

2) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.

3) The bidders shall successfully register on China International Tendering Website (hereinafter referred to as "bidding.com", website: http***dding.com) before bidding.

4) Credibility requirements:

① From January 1, 2020 to the present, the domestic bidders have not been listed in the national enterprise credit information public display system or in the business exception list, and have not been listed in the "Credit China" website (www***) or credit information sharing platform at all levels. 6) Performance requirements:

From January 1, 2018 to now (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder or the manufacturer of the product to be bid provides at least 10 sets of axial flow micro-resistance check valves with medium of gas and opening pressure ≤ 500pa in chemical projects with successful in-service performance of 1 year and above of stable operation.

Supporting materials: a copy of the contract and operational documents. The contract copy should include the first page, signature page, contract/order details and amount, if the contract can not show the same kind of technical conditions of the project, it should also provide the corresponding technical agreement, calculations, etc.; operation documents need to provide the name of the project, address, contact person, fixed contact phone number. Incomplete relevant materials and information are regarded as invalid performance. All the above materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the bidder and bound in the bidding documents.

7)The Joint Venture bidding shall not be accepted in this bidding project.

The bidder and the bid evaluation committee reserve the right to review the originals of qualification certificates, performance and relevant information. If they are found to be falsified, the bid will be rejected.

4. 4.1 Registration instructions (important):

(1) Online registration and downloading bidding documents: Login to Sinochem Business Electronic Bidding Platform (e.sinochemitc.com), potential bidders need to register online first (free of charge), pay the platform use and technical support fee through online, and after successful payment, you can download the bidding documents and VAT electronic ordinary invoice. 4.2 Bidding instructions (important):
